MNBC is a fully functioning brewery and taproom. By Alaska law, you are allowed up to 36 oz for onsite consumption. Check out the current beer list.

Beer Brewing Classes

Take a class and keep the beer! Sign up for a brew day with your friends, then come back a few weeks later to can and take home your creation.

Why learn to brew?

Taking a class will give you a better understanding and appreciation for beer. If you really enjoy the class, you might find a new creative outlet in home brewing. At MNBC, we give you the basics, and we’re happy to help you try out new ideas from there.
